Andrew Parks has been living and working in the Annapolis/Baltimore region for over 35 years. He has been working with University Painters for over 30 years and specializes in providing his customers with industry leading customer service. As a graduate of Tufts University with a Bachelor of Science degree. Andrew has spent his entire career in the customer service, so he knows the key to success, is not only meeting the needs of his customer, but exceeding their expectations.
